RE: New Update On the reserve estimates for Hanna they use 1.6 Mmstb [ 1.6 MILLION STOCK BARRELS] oil in place per 40 acres. they show 7.25 sections in this area which works out to 4,640 acres. so doing the math 4,640 divided by 40 = 116. 116 x 1.6 = 185 Mmstb oip
they have approx 6.6 net sections in lucky hills of which they say there is 6-10 Mmstb per section so using top end that 66 Mmstb
ok they may not 185 million barrels in place at Hanna but the reserves look better than lucky hills.
