The options were issued just before the big run up to .32 ended. At the time it looked like the were giving themselves some more cheap shares but as we all know all oil companies are getting killed. It's ovious management didn't see this coming but from contact from the CEO all is still going well and we are at the bottom of the recent financing price so i think we are bottemed here. But
