No Consolidation

No ConsolidationThe only time the company did a consolidation was November 28, 2011 and it was 1 share for each 2. Ever since then they have had approved at each AGM, the power for the BOD to consolidate on a basis of UP TO 1 for every 4 shares. The BOD has never enforced this continuing Resolution. It is just so if they did need to consolidate, they don't need another AGM. I have spoken to the company many times and they don't intend to consolidate. Share consolidations which are not backed by a large post financing, to support the new price, NEVER WORK. That is my opinion and theirs also. In my opinion having 197 million shares is not a problem for this company. Our market cap is about $14 million. I think it should be more like $50 million with all the technology we presently have.
