RE:How much more clear can this last PR be?????????????There is no offtake agreement with Panasonic. SJL has 90 days to send samples to Panasonic which thereafter they must test. Meanwhile, it could take several months before Panasonic would get back to SJL with results and/or if an offtake agreement will be signed thereafter based on the results. Therefore, the news release after the halt became all forward looking and all speculative at best.

All in my opinion.
