  1. There has never been any conclusive and positive NR's There has never been any conclusive and positive NR's particularly in the last 6 months, it’s a spin.
  2. No insider buying, if they are onto something good and legitimately want to gain financially they should be putting their money where the mouth is.
  3. Of all the properties acquired in the last year, they have started exploration on only one.
  4. Paul Ogilieve just received an increase in salary to $270K from $138K in 2014 and was granted a cash bonus of $100K last year, for what looks like lots of well worded NR's
  5. The massive increase in outstanding shares in the last 10 months buying graphite and Lithium properties and granting shares to the company executive (also see be post on insider trading)
