RE:RE:just spoke with Paul OgilvieI don't see how that's passing the buck.. They pay the lawyer(s) to do the work, including drafting news releases. Hypothetically, If I hired a lawyer to represent me, I would expect him to have my best interests at heart. Ogilvie is not a lawyer so if he approved the NR, he must have thought the wording was acceptable. Again, why pay somebody if you aren't confident in their work or abilities??? doesnt make sense but that's your opinion and this is mine.
