They just don't want a potential supplier dropping the Panasonic name without permission. Standard procedure. But iit was not totally "fake news" like you guys want to believe, SJL had contact with pana people befire dropping that name. Ogilvie did't understand Japanese culture. A diplomatic faux pas nothing more imho

Those who want to sue will have to prove that Ogilvie did it on purpose to deciet. Only the lawyers will make money.
