SJL Paul Cooper Paul Ogilvie and D Van Wyck

SJL Paul Cooper Paul Ogilvie and D Van WyckThese people have been around NGC, then moved to Mega Graphite then to Canada Carbon. None of these Companies gave them total control over the paper. Then Paul O got hooked up with SJL and they got total control. Some on this forum have stated that the lawyer is responsible for the news release that went out. Actually Paul Ogilvie was responsible for the contents of the news release for his name was at the bottom of it. Paul has been around public companies for a number of years and he should have sent a copy of the news release to Panasonic and had someone with authority at Panasonic to okay the contents of the release. This simple action not only protects Paul O but also the shareholders of SJL. Of course Paul O knows full well that Panasonic would not give their consent to the contents of that press release. SJL shareholders that have been hurt by this release should contact the ASC and let them know. I do not own shares but I do know Paul Ogilvie and have followed him and his actions for 10 years when he was first at NGC. Paul O, Paul Cooper and D Van Wyck are only concerned about themselves and no one else. I hope the ASC puts and end to their lives in and around the Canadian public markets once and for all.
