Bill PFirstly SJL will not get any meaningful financing until they can prove their process not only works but is scalable. Whatever graphite property they decide to mine they will have to file a mine closure plan which requires a bankable feasibility study. They will need independent engineers to sign off on the above. Included in the mine closure plan will have to be meaningful discussions with first nations. To begin with they should have started their baseline environmental studies by now and they should be monitored regularly. Cost for baseline environmental studies likely in the area of 20 to 30 thousand dollars monthly. My guess they will need about 2 to 4 years and close to 4 million dollars to get to the stage that they are ready to begin construction. They are going to need a CEO that is capable of seeing this project through. Likely someone with a mining engineering, geology degree. Certainly SJL will require a business plan and they should make a decision to do one thing correctly rather then all these business groups they are trying. They are going down many trails and they have no business plan. Good luck and Paul O knows exactly what I am saying but he can not seem to see past his salary on a monthly basis.
