RE:This Forum is Supposed to be a Friendly VenueWow you need to do some serious due dilly on Paul Ogilvie. I wonder why he got fired from Canada Carbon? Good place to start then you can go back to Mega Graphite. Then phone him up and ask why the office he and his cronies occupied at another graphite company was empty one Monday morning. Do some serious searching. I do not have to look any further then the Panasonic lie. As far as Bill P is concerned well two things one he was lied to by Paul O or he was part of the Panasonic mess. I was told by a US Securities attorney that the biggest thing that can get you in trouble was "false" press releases. He suggested no press releases go out until they are a fait accompli or if you are mentioning another company you send the release to them prior to releasing it. Make sure the Company oks it in writing. Guess Bill P and Paul O were a little careless with the Panasonic release or did they intentionally send it out? At the very least they are not competent and at the worst "you fill in the blanks".
