Regulators approval - not so certain
Would a NOU or LLG, etc. have even looked at this Dr Chen company? Did he approach them and no interest? -- Is it a desperate move on the part of SJL and not so squeaky clean person/project? -- Will regulators even allow transaction based on company history and record? -- Another $10,000 this month for IR even while halted.

put this on the list of endless bs news releases. how but make some money and or solid deals instead of washing shares through shite like this
