RE:RE:Management changesIt always depends in the mining sector in Quebec. Everything mostly depends on Environmental studies which can take up to 10 years. These studies cost over 100 millions dollars for sure. In those 10 years, you can add the PEA, IBA and permits.
Starting a project like VONE is very difficult to predict money wise... will they have a concentrator? use existing facilities and invest in it? Second transformation plant elsewhere?
Cost are going to be lower if they can use Chibougamau and Mistissini's housing. No camps to run. The problem is that Chibougamau has 0,7% unoccupancy rate and no one wants to build housing.
I am confident to say that the bill starts at 450 millions, but this total includes environment,a concentrator, garage, offices, hydro line, electrical sub station and the warehouse.
Once again there are a lot of variables.
