VEM FAILURE DUE TO MGMT & ACTIONSVEM use to be a vry good story but like all good stories, MGMT / Juan did not understand and would not take constructive advise, Juan tried to create Vena like Microsoft where he came from, rather than concentrating and bringing projects forward to production or sale he kept on adding things which made no sense, he created new divisions, such as energy rather than spinning the Energy/Uranium out, MGMT mismanaged opportunity and CASH.
So it is proper that VEM falls and deserves what they created.
All in my humble opinion and based on long time expereince with VEM and a former share holder who made money with Vena all the way up to its history hgihs and got out when MGMT/Juan became "all knowing" plus he took advise from some wrong people/brokers.
