RE:Great posts but questions on $250/mesh connections

RE:Great posts but questions on $250/mesh connectionsIn an investor interview John Abrams did last month (link on venz twitter page worth the time to listen too) he was asked about monthly fee and why so low. He replied that while was great value that they had a very good Gross Margin at this price (declined to say what exactly was, said they may in future state but not at this point, likely for competitive reasons).  Just my opinion, but I think they feel that since it does provide a very solid gm (I would bet 70% - 80%), they see themselves in an "early adoption" phase and therefore much more valuable to get brands to add the maximum number of connectors (1 connector for each retailer a brand sells to) to get their software/service as fully impedded into the most brands possible is more important "right now" then maximizing revenue per customer.  Once widely adopted and intrenched then incrementally increasing price is always an option.

Just my two cents worth. Nothing more.
