The latest press release touting  a 1/3 participation in the additional private offering does nothing to help the long term shareholders. We were told in December that reoccuring revenues through large
mesh connector sales had been reached. Now we are learning these are still in negotiations and the company must do additional capital raises. Once again John the CEO and the board owe us an explanation quickly...............................
