Fair enough fats.

Just need some clarification:

Why does a month or two time period to put a deal together increase the chance it will not go through?  I'm not aware of any time limit sanctioned by the TSX-V and feel assuming the worst is not justified until it is said.  I don't think we can use a small time window as a large variable in transaction risk.  Many deals take more than a month.
