The fact that a major is about to sign with PIE should give you the confidence that a financing will go through. PIE and VER are neighbours along with Quicksilver, Rosetta, Newfield, and Mountainview. It's all the same reservoir.
If a major is willing to give it a shot, why would there be a lack of investors willing to give it a try? If I find out who the Broker is, I'll be buying some.
I suspect news is pending. How much land will they get? 150,000 acres? 200,000 acres?
