RE: RE: Financing Will NOT Happen

RE: RE: Financing Will NOT HappenI think that the American team wanted a public vehicle to obtain public pricing on a play that gets proven up for quick sale (ie after perhaps 10 to 30 H wells).  I think they see the valuation being higher if it is priced in the public realm, vs the private realm -which they have done a couple times already (priv).  This play is also larger in land area than the 2 previous plays.  They likely figured they could get twice as much land as they would have if they stuck to just their own private entity, and the public side would finance the other half, but all would get the premium valuation on sale (about 2 years IMHO).

ps

Haven't sold any yet, as I still figure this will be worth a heck of a lot more in the future.  The oil is most likely there IMO - and commercial to boot.

Mgmt needs to get someone on the BOD with LOTS  of public mkts experience.

Did I say LOTS?  Yes LOTS of public mkts experience.  The senior mgmt have to be mature enough to admit to themselves that they have no clue about public markets.  For mgmt: that means the stock market, in case they were not sure.
