RE: RE: I sold all my 400K shares..

The reverse split is part of the Ottobock deal.  I don't like reverse splits either but with the necessary dilution to pay the $18,354,000 it is not completly a bad idea.  I guess you should have read that news already but if not I can send you the link.

What you need to realise is that a small group of debenture holders decided to invest $18,354,000 in Victhom at a SP of $0.08.  That represents a volume of 229,425,000 shares bought at $0.08.

Those guys are not stupid and they are there to make money not to loose money.

Now compare this to today volume of 1,236,200 exchanged at a average price of $0.0425.  That is a youpi $52,538 that got scared and wanted to sellout.

This transaction clearly tell us that Victhom is worth north of $0.08.  However in order to get out of the pennystock status a 10:1 reverse split is necessary.  Meaning that without the reverse split there is no chance in near future of hitting the $1 range.

I am expecting the SP to reach at least $0.10 once all this is finished.  That is $1 after the RS.

Of course if I had expected that the SP would have dropped to actual level, I would have tried to unload and buyback lower at least some of my position.  However daily volume is not that high and buying and selling any considerable volume is not that easy.  I am very comfortable with my decision to hold on to my shares and I think that Victhom has hit bottom and future will only be higher and higher as new products hit the market.
