Yes they are convertible at $0.80 but until they get full payment of $18,354,000 + interests + dividents. Prefered shares A holders pretty much control Victhom even if they don't have direct voting.
What ever happens to Victhom, SH won't see a penny on the first $18M of profits or buyout. We will only share the remaining.
