I had confirmation from the President of Victhom that they have received the 5M$ due from Otto Bock . 4M$will be use to repay priv shares and 1M$ will add to the cash of the company as mentionned in the fin statement. Now they sit on more than 3M$ of cash and revenue stream from the power knee patent what  will they do. Big question i do not know. They are looking at different options since a while and my guess is that they will probably give us an answer for the shareholder meeting, because they will need shareholder approval for a major change of the company. I would guess the different scenarios:

1) Sell the power knee license to Ossur( value from 7M$ to 10 M$) and buy a new medical device venture.

2) Obtain  a private placement from FTQ at  the fair value  the company between 0.10 and .25$  and merge with a private company.

3) Merge with an public company in the same field.

4) option 1 and distribute the cash to shareholders 0.50$/share.

Will see its a nice puzzle from now.
