Thanks for your comment, I agree that the scenario 3 will likely happen and it is the most achievable short term. But I also think that a merge with a public company will benefit shareholders of Victhom, a premium will occur, considering that Victhom is valued 1M$ at 0.05$ compare to a minimum of 0.18$/share of cash value.
