Thanks

Well what I learned is that the vote was accepted and we are now waiting for the court decision.  We all know they will aprove it.  There are couple of local newspapers, in french, that covered the event and you can find them on google and get a translator software. At this point the neuromodulation division is known.  The uncertainity is more on the bionic side.& ...more

Was anuthing discussed about the consolidation of shares ... not having a truckload to start with I don't like 1 for 10 consolidations --- it leaves me with a very small pile and then traditionally a consolidated share price always goes downhill  ... so 1/10th the number of shares and watch them fall ... usually ugly. Will this one be different?

They said that the consolidation will help maintain VHB on the TSX.I understand your concerns but I don't think we should be too concerned with this one.  It was not healthy to trade below $0.10.  It made trading much more complex.VHB would have never reach $1 per share without consolidation.Once this deal is accpeted by court, 2 players will transfer $18,354,000 in 229M shares. ...more
