Sold

I learned 3 things that made me chicken out and sold part of my possition.  I still think that future could be very positive but in the short term there coul be some pressure on the price.

1) I was hoping to see pre-production of Power Knee by mid summer but it all seems that it will only be early 2010.   I was hoping for a surprise announcement but it doesn't seem that it will happen.  They are constantly pushing production back and this wakes up old memories with what happened with the first generation.

2) They will most probably need to raise some cash to cover 2009.  Actually in an article they mentioned that it is part of the reason they did the 10:1 share consolidation.

3) Stephane Bedard, founder of Victhom, is leaving.  I can't believe that he is leaving his baby like that and I wonder what are the real reasons.  Did he loose control over the big guys ?

They have great - awesome - high tech products years ahead of competition.  However their cash situation makes them vulnerable and Ossur and Ottobock are very big and could seriously harm Victhom and eat them for peanuts.  I wish it doesn't happen and that their share price goes up over $0.10.  However I needed to cash my profits and reduce my risks.

I will certainly stay arround and maybe even buy back once we get a better view of what the bionic division will do.  They need to become profitable or else it will be a perpetuel dilution.
