VICTHOM TO LIST ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE AND VOLUNT
Victhom Human Bionics Inc., concurrent to its voluntary delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange, has confirmed that the common shares of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, effective at the opening of trading on Dec. 31, 2009. It will be classified as a Tier 1 technology issuer on the TSX-V. Victhom's common shares trading symbol, "VHB", and its CUSIP number, 92581Q502, will remain unchanged.
It is Victhom's view that a listing on the TSX-V is appropriate, given the current nature of its activities, and is consistent with the continuing process of cost rationalization.
