Here's a nice FB post....Someone really needs to step up and fix this company or they do not survive 2022 and our shares go up in smoke...

Ordered a mount for my Binovi Touch in December 2021. I paid $625 for it and my card was charged immediately upon purchase. It is now April of 2022 and I still don’t have the equipment that I purchased. Nobody from the company will return my emails or messages and there is no customer service number to call.
