RE: RE: This appears to be another.ahaha don, I hope you're wife doesn't read SH! But you are right, my furry babies are the only ones happy to see me at night when I am coming home late from the pub!
I did call our vet yesterday about the Oximunal chewables and they have not heard about Avivagen...yet. I spoke with the vet about the tablets and he was quite impressed with what I told him. Normally, if a dog is having coat problems the first thing a vet will do is suggest changing foods (been there done it, and still doing it). Now we are up to a $100 bag of special protien dog food and the critters still have dander, scratching and shedding. From what I have been told, if Oximunal chewables reduce shedding and gives a healthier coat, I'm in. And why wouldn't the vet be in as well?? Dog food requires plenty of storage, lots of display space in a clinic, and despite the high costs of a bag of food, there is little mark up in it. Now enter Oximunal.....I ordered mine through the vet, small bottle, $50+/- for a months supply. Takes up little shelf space, can be refilled easily, little space occupied, and is sold in months supply. Patients would be coming in monthly Iif happy) after the initial purchase for more...nice residual selling! They are comparative to a dog treat (so I'm told), so Poochie is getting her Oximunal thinking it's a treat. How much do you spend on treats in a month for your dog or cat?
Like I say, our vet never heard of Oximunal, but I sent an email off to Avivagen customer support and a very nice lady there made arrangements with my clinic to get me started and I should have my chewables next week. Looking forward to buying and trying the product! If it helps my furry kids, especially the older one, $50 a month is nothing. Most of us spend that at Tim Hortons in a week. If your vet doesn't carry the product, it's just a phone call away. The info is on the website, but here are the numbers I used. If you own the stock and you have dogs or cats, you owe it to yourself to try the product!
