It would be nice to know what they are actually doing from day to day. Even if it is just routine news releases.

Also why increase the available shares for employee incentive if they aren't going to a) hire more employees or b) have something that deserves reward? Surely they don't plan to reward themselves for keeping the SP at this level for twelve months?
