With a deal of that size , one has to understand they don't plan to be profitable in the next 24 months.

With the consistency of new fundraising by VIV, say 75-80% of the entity will now likely be owned by more professional investors demanding better performance metrics. I accept that dealing with farmers maybe more difficult in dealing with industrial investors and this takes time.
