I'd like to think that's positive. Haywood does cover Velocity. That being said, it's such a small amount. Can you explained the RBC/ITG trade?  Is that some corrective or manipulating trade?  What do the markers refer to?

Always a good sign when insiders are in the game. Haywood is as well again this morning 64k so far? As the markers on stockwatch E is an odd lot trade ie under 500 in a penny player.
