Can anybody confirm

Already heavily invested in LAC, but just heard a rumour that LIT prices are about to really jump AHs tonight.  So I see more potential in VLI than LAC at this point, is there a LIT short-term futures site or would you just gamble on the rumour.  

Please advise if you can, I keep getting China spot prices when searching
