Warrants:  6,725,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 6,725,000 shares

Exercise price:  10 cents for a two-year period

There is a provision for accelerated exercise of 30 days should the stock trade above 20 cents for 20 days...

This would be day 12.. Although many have prolly already been exercised given they are in da money.
