Independent Review Committee RequiredI put forth a notion that shareholders begin to band together to extract the true forward traction of this company. Management will share Rain Cage fullerene information, but will not share what work directors and the Scientific Advisory Board have completed or in the progress of?
Personally, I want to know what avenues of financing have been attempted, the number of loan rejections, specific reasons why it has taken almost 3 years to get 5 products thru the proper testing procedures, why there is not more frequent shareholder updates and where is the tons of Voyageur barium sulphate pictured in Resource World Magazine Sept 2019 publication?
This years minimal accomplishments: closed a PP, issued shares for debt, completed a comparative study for Smooth X, filed financial statements on multiple occasions, announced options and DSU's on multiple occasions, published a white paper on SmoothX, completed the formulation of HDXBa and partnered with Rain Cage.
How long will Rain Cage stay partnered with Voyaguer whilst Voyaguer forward traction seems to move forward at a snails pace. I can honestly state a snails pace as I gander upon this years accomplishments.
IMO it seems management deems shareholders do not have the right to be cognizant of pertinent company issues. It is time shareholders band together. We need about a combined 20 million shares total to inform management of our demands. It seems they deem our need to be well informed of less importance than the DSU's issued to directors.
I will tip my hat to management if they can prove me wrong, but I am simply going by all the information I can find.
