I have had several days to study the latest PR. There is no avenue to follow up on the new Strategic Partnership in Central America. Is this of a concern to anyone? A person can research historic PR's and read the vagueness of statements that did not develop into forward traction. I am playing the devil's advocate hand, but is anyone else going hmmm?

Seems like a pump piece to jack stock price before another financing.  How long will it take this partner to get approval to market products in Cemtral America?  How about getting some damn sales in Canada first?

That's what shell companies do.  Not one news in the past 3 years has materialized.  The only news you can believe will be the news that they are bankrupt and cannot secure financing or government assistance.  Can you image VM having such a rare and needed product yet they cannot secure any governemt grants?  The whole situation with VM is very suspect to say the least
