If they are building an actual manufacturing facility, and not just a final assembly facility similar to what they already have in Aldergrove, they are going to have to do a lot more dilutive share issues to pay for it. I would then also question the ability to build this facility and then build busses for 2021 delivery? It would also be a change of business models for these guys as they have traditionally just been a middle man and getting people like Spartan to build the bus. So if this is a full manufacturing facility this will make the business a lot higher risk due to higher fixed costs. Lets hope its more of a final assembly facility similar to what they already have as I have my doubts about whether they have the management team for full production.But, all of this does not matter if they cant actually sell a damn bus!
