Not oversold at all if you run the math. It was about a 13% equity dilution and if the warrants get exercised we are closer to 20%.

This hit over $13.00 previously. Electric vehicles. You and I may disagree however I see this as an excellent buying opportunity.

You werent asking if it was a buying opportunity, you made a statement that it was oversold and I provided the simple math to show it wasnt (assuming it was fair value on Wednesday). You are also assuming that $13 was a fair price and not an inflated price, anchoring to a previous high price is a dangerous game.
