whose responsibility is it ?

whose responsibility is it ?I am not giving advice to participate or not in this rights offering. Everyone should make up their own opinion.

But I do think that this CEO is responsible for the terrible SP.

The reason is not the poor uranium price because some uranium companies made significant gains since june 2018.

What I also find amazing is that if you search on Valore Metals on youtube, you don't even get to see 1 (one) video !!!!!! Goviex uranium has like 10 recent videos up. How's that ?

Another thing I don't like about this CEO is that 28 and 29th October the Silver and Gold summit was held in San Francisco. Where was Paterson ? Valore is doing exploration programs on Baffin gold and he doesn't show up on this huge conference ? All other important names in the precious metals industry were there.

Will there be some changes in the board or perhaps a new competent CEO ? With this CEO I doubt that problems will be dealt with in a efficient way.
