Here are the facts updated Jan. 26 2021 / today - US patents do not matter / being a US citizen does not matter: it's pretty specific 60% US content and MADE in the USA - it's a tough pill to swallow - VOTI needs to work on licensing to a US manufacturer - until then I'm out
