Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

People need to realize

The whole reason this stock traded in the .30s was so they could do the PP. it will be all insiders and this stock will be over $1 by April 1st. When FDA talk starts this stock will explode. If you're going to sell because of this PP you will be playing into the hands of the guys who want you to fear.

Their tech is disruptive and their market cap could easily be in the 100s of millions soon. That's multiple dollars and we are trading in .40s. This float will be accumulated and locked.
