RE:Timing is everything!

RE:Timing is everything!FINALLY - while I disagree with you - I respect your insights and well constructed post that get to the meat of the potato and dont simply call people whom have different opionons bashers etc.
IF and that a BIG IF in my opinion this gets off the ground its a 10 bagger for sure. Myself I will sit and wait, watch and be patient - It is the companys track record and the CEO' promises (and not delivering yet on a single one) that has me on the sidelines.

I enjoy a knowledgable non-name calling debate of facts with emotion out.

As I dont want to quote other posts I wll respond here which are not intended for you canon.

1. What proof do you have ALL the units in hospitals now have been purchased??? It is common practice in the Medical field (and other insturmentational fields) to provide demo products before they become mass produced. You need feedback for improvment and practicallity of use.

2. As far as them being installed at leading Cardiac Institutions - that is correct; that is one of the main purposes these hospitals exist. As they typically have the brightest minds, companies are constantly bombarding them with "the intrument that will change the world". They give them their insturments in the hope that they will be glowingly endorsed by the facility.

Hospitals dont have the cash to purchace all this instrumentation for  research purposes. Companies are falling over themselves to DONATE instuments in the HOPE they will be used.

"Im dying (and or ill) could you please let me have the unproven cheaper technology.

I have heard it all before and very skeptical.

3 In order to buy 300000 shares does someone not have to SELL them to you??

4. I dont own any shares currently - as I was burned when they recieved Health Canada approval 3-4 yrs ago

5 Its easy for health canada and the US authority to approve technology that is old and provides no harm. Its like a company getting  approved  to sell freakin aspirin 70 years after it was first approved.

Derisked to me is showing that enough sales have taken place to justify a belief that there is a substantial market for this product. George believes that number is  80-100 site installs. The question becomes is the new 3.0 going to achieve the break through when past versions have not? The positives are existing fda approval and current site installs at major hospitals. The negatives are it has been 10 years and past versions have not been good enough. This version is the best yet and has many advantages over past versions. So where do we stand? The 3.0 has just recently been released and is in the "acceptance or not" stage by these hospitals. It looks promising but has this product been derisked? IMO not yet but it is getting there. When will it be derisked? There is no magic date or number of sales, risk however will lower with more sales/acceptance. It is at a critical point of make or break IMO. Timing is everything in these penny stocks, each investor needs to evaluate their risk tollerance and decide if this stock is right for them. For me the risk/reward ratio is, for others it won't be. Welcome to the world of penny stocks, again timing is everything!
