Timing is everything!

I understand the disillusionment of the shareholders here. It has been a long slog to get to this point. Derisked to me is showing that enough sales have taken place to justify a belief that there is a substantial market for this product. George believes that number is  80-100 site installs. The question becomes is the new 3.0 going to achieve the break through when past versions have not? The positives are existing fda approval and current site installs at major hospitals. The negatives are it has been 10 years and past versions have not been good enough. This version is the best yet and has many advantages over past versions. So where do we stand? The 3.0 has just recently been released and is in the "acceptance or not" stage by these hospitals. It looks promising but has this product been derisked? IMO not yet but it is getting there. When will it be derisked? There is no magic date or number of sales, risk however will lower with more sales/acceptance. It is at a critical point of make or break IMO. Timing is everything in these penny stocks, each investor needs to evaluate their risk tollerance and decide if this stock is right for them. For me the risk/reward ratio is, for others it won't be. Welcome to the world of penny stocks, again timing is everything!

Sunset grill fair enough but to be honest I can't judge ga on what he did in the past . I got on after the halt and the stocks been kinda slow for my licking but you just can't go wrong with the sp of this stock . Let's see how things go hope we get that jump before Xmas . cheers

One of the points I agree with is the lack of specific wording from George in relation to news releases. And that word is "SOLD" Any hospital placement (s) of the VMS+3.0 has been referred to as "Ventripoint is pleased to anounce that we have Installed the VMS+3.0 in whatever hospital" Installed and Sold have two very different meanings. Install means sold . Like I mentioned it's not charity . When you get wife installed through bell I am sure they don't come to your house and install the modem for free. There is a modem cost plus the usage fees.

Oh Jake While I appreciate your previious post .Dont be so naive - a sale would be put in the "+" column of the balance sheet. correct??? Go look at the "+" columns in their financial statements. None if any were purchased. China gave them money once for manufacturing some units but that is about it. It is completely NORMAL for comapanies such as VPT to provide DEMO units

Don't forget that this is a 7 millions market cap company.....a hair is bigger than that...so be patient....they are selling to hospitals....I work in a hospital and new technologies are hard adopt, but when they start to get in....like GA said....Doctors gonna spread the news......and it's a snowball effect! Be patient!

They are working with hospitals. This snowball is already 10 years old and has melted seveal times on the way down that hill while temps were below zero.

Sunset grill forget about the past . Since the upgrade the company is over a month old . Let us all share holders ask ga to provide the nr with the sales details. the sp is cheap because if the company folds I lose half of what I would have invested in a .20c or above company like medmira or agn . Let's wait it out till end of November and see where we at . I wouldn't mind a detailed sales

When I say it's just 7 millions market cap company, I mean you can just by 10000 shares and by the rest on the rise if you are still hesitating. You will still make a lot of money! Otherwise, you lose only 1k. And with such a small cap, you buy a bet in the management team! Nothing else! Cause a great product with a bad team is bad...Just check GA resume!

George does go back and forth between saying unit sales and site sales. Go to 22:30 of the video and it clearly says 80-100 installed sites on the presentation slide.
