VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd V.VPT

Alternate Symbol(s):  VPTDF

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

snuff133 wrote: He has never once said what his target is for a buyout . Before adding covid scanning and possibly veterianans he said it was a multi billion dollar company. Everyone can sit here and do the math but like he said we will discuss price when they come knocking at the door . This stock will be 5+ dollars by the end of 2021 mark that on your note pad . Good lucks longs

To the fols that figure it will sell for $2.50 to $4.00 when it is sold....asks yourself a question and I'll use an example we can all under stand.

Apartment buildings...yep apartment buildings have a thing called rent (re-occuring revenue). When your looking to sell or buy an apartment building you look at that rent and you project how long it will take to get your full return back. So lets say the standard for the buyer is 5 years. So if I buy a building and the total rent equalls my investment returned in 5 years I have hit the standard.....Now if it takes 6 years I' over paying for a reason...if it's 4 years the seller is selling for a reason that I need to look into........

Sonow lets look at VPT....who in their right mind would sell a company for less than a 1 year return. A company that has the potenial (with the animal kingdom tossed in) to be a 3-4 billion return per year company.....if it's George then maybe we shuld get him a straight jacket and a rubber room. George would never give the company away and at the valuations being given for a sale price George would put himself in a straight Jacket..

As I see it you can take 3 billion dollars and divide it down by 150 million....so $20.00 is more in the ball park. Yes you read it right $20.00 and I wouldn't be surprised to see that number go up. Because any company bringing in 3 billion a year doesn't need to raise their piece of the pie uch to increase the overall return per annum.

People and the copany have been focused on Canada, USA, Europe, China and that's really about it....what about the rest of the world, South America, Africa, Austraila, Mexico, Aisa Pacific, India.........The reason I mention most of these places is $$$$$'S....it is cost prohibitive to have MRI's in the volumes required for all of these places. But VPT can provide the means to get the information that medical staff need to get for a fraction of the cost not only in outlay for hard kit but also in electrical demand and then there is the time issue one of the big factors.

So I scoff at the lack of vision that most of the longs have. This is your one chance to think outside the box...hold them don't get weak....it's just the start. We are not selling an apartment building that only needs 6 months to get your return back on. NO SIR...It's an apartment building that the person selling says you'll get your money back in 6 years and be happy that you paid the premium.
