Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. That's a better response than what I got on the AGN board. :-)

It seems one way or another regardless of how he spells his name he is just a medically educated sort that runs a small cap promotions firm - can't be all bad!
