VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd V.VPT

Alternate Symbol(s):  VPTDF

Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

I will continue to read your posts , but until you show that your main agenda is something other than fear mongering, I will no longer be even mildly supportive. We all have our choice and reasons for buying or selling in the markets. Those decisions we make should be made based on due diligence and not someone elses opinion.

Wounded knee-I agree with you:It does feel stale.
Still, this  isn’t my narrative Wounded knee.

It is the company’s financials that I am directly quoting, and the part that is repetitive, is that quarter after quarter, year after year they continue to have operating expenses, that have continued to cause further erosion and an accumulating deficit to the tune of $40 million.

The stale narrative from videos dayting over years-also include the forward-looking statement that sales will be coming, but in fact this hasnt happenned as the finacials represting 4 months ago.

Now if the y have increased liquidity -we will see that in the finacials just closed-so in a few months

These are not my facts, they are the Company facts to come directly from the financials.
I hear you, and appreciate your thoughts, but this is how I see it, and it is what I like to do.  Look at the facts, and put them up against the promotion.

The new part, that isn’t stale,is the alliance, which I have investigated, and could not find any specific details on the financial/business arrangement.  All I can tell from the Edison platform, is that this is a platform that exists for multiple other “partners”.

GE has a platform where they promote their products which makes you question whether or not there will be promotion from GE, or this is simply a platform that multiple group use, much like you might see for software apps that you can do with your Apple phone for example.
This is speculative, but without specific details, it is impossible to know other than looking at the facts of these websites.

In the end, if you are right, and you profit wildly, I am happy for you.

But for me, I remain data driven, evidence-based, and had followed many companies where I followed a similar process, and was correct.  Maybe I will be wrong here, and that is okay.  I am not telling people to buy or sell, they can do whatever they want I cannot predict the future share price all I can do analyze the facts
