That hire PR shows likely that 1) Bod was working that hire for months and knew they needed real pros for the next level of needs. This whole learn sales as you go wasn't working 2) there was likely going to be tension with his role and hers given he has sales/scaling experience and she doesn't (aside from the little at Ventripoint) 3) Alvira was likely too cautious and I know enough whales were tired of two years post covid only a few sales (GA time included) and making it known they would exit if things didn't change. Whether the bod listened or realized something else who knows.
