Nice spike up today-but I think this is heading lower....
Some cash still-but they will probably need more in the near future.
So likely more dilution coming on near 160 mil issued and out.
Too much paper already-on next to no earnings=probably will consolidate.
I like the space they are in-but how do you value the goodwill at this stage.
Markets are tough in these higher rates times and especially on those 
companies that have no solid earnings.
I will check back in on this one when things shake itself out.

At about 3 p.m. we have 429K traded in Canada with 100K of that being on the Venture. We also have 272.3K on the U.S. side.(VPTDF)

Jopatcio, seeing as how you know all about VPT can you give us your best assessment of why Alvira left. She just seemed to be getting things on solid ground and, bang, she up and left. If a bunch of sales now follow that's great but I still wonder on her timing. Maybe she has an offer from Ascend and after a few weeks off will pop up again? It will be interesting to see where she reappears

Recommend looking at the new hire out of Europe and his background and compare against Alvira. That hire PR shows likely that 1) Bod was working that hire for months and knew they needed real pros for the next level of needs. This whole learn sales as you go wasn't working 2) there was likely going to be tension with his role and hers given he has sales/scaling experience and she doesn't
