Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd is a Canada-based medical device company. The Company is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools that monitor patients with heart disease. It is developing a suite of applications for all heart diseases and imaging modalities, including congenital heart disease, pregnancy, pulmonary hypertension, COVID-19, imaging, and cardiotoxicity in oncology patients. The Company’s Ventripoint Medical System (VMS+) is a diagnostic aid that was developed to provide a point-of-care solution to better communicate the heart’s structure and function without the need for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). VMS+ enhances ultrasound, providing three-dimensional (3D) technology that allows for visualization of all four chambers of the heart. The system’s proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction (KBR) technology creates 3D models of the heart and calculates volumes and ejection fractions equivalent to the gold-standard Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

 		@Ninja I bought another tranche today, yearly low but we have insider buys and possibly enormous news in the next few months. Happy to add, been here 3 years and like the way things are going with recent changes. I like management with skin in the game!

did you dial into the same call? After Hugh outlined all the activities taken by the company and the results in near term, your take away is "CLEARLY there is no short term catalyst". Here are a few of my "take away" 

 		- Ascend moving to next phase of discussion on revenue/ profit generation with update coming in near term. - re-filing of 4.0 done in late May which should address the questions (i.e. 30 days clock starts say May 30th). - financing closing in 2 weeks with potential over-subscription (obviously someone/ some fund with deep pocket is looking seriously at VPT)  - Ollie moving forward with update in near future, - Major US distributor coming online, - Ongoing IDN discussion.. These are not speculation by poster here. These are things ACTUALLY happening at the moment.
