Ventripoint Diagnostics Receives Wage Subsidy

Toronto, Ontario – The Newswire – December 10, 2020 - Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. (" Ventripoint " or the " Company "), (TSXV:VPT ) ; ( OTC:VPTDF) announces that it is receiving an additional temporary wage subsidy of up to $115,408 as part of the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program’s (NRC IRAP) Innovation Assistance Program (IRAP IAP). 

This funding follows on support of $73,093 through IRAP IAP, which was part of approximately $150,000 in government grants, loans and subsidies received at that time (see NR Sept 15, 2020). The Company has continued to receive other loans and subsidies and so the total amount of government support has been approximately $300,000 to date in 2020.

Wage subsidy?  First phrase that ran through my mind was "life support" being that we are just after the first anniversary of last year's Xmas present. I hope we do hear something about sales that will help survival as opposed to welfare. Is that too harsh for this start of the day? It's just the terminolgy that got me I guess.
