volume??

The volume  seems to have really dried up.

Is  this good  or  ??  Not much selling  but not much buying either.  Seems like it is a wait and see  period  or just a wait  for some type of news??

Well from the way I see it, the technicals seem to point out on the weekly graph, that we were supported around 0.35$ and that the trend seems to be more bearish than bullish. Now we are under the MA20. And that the next support (if this break the 0.35) is like 0.27 (lower band of the bollinger on the weekly) or 0.23 (MA50).   As the volume is not really picking up, and the price ...more

Thanks for your detailed and logical post, and since I don’t use technicals as much, it is particularly interesting.   Do you find any technicals that help you predict a breakout to the upside or downside  once the volume decreases as we see here within this noted band?
Comment by Quanadien on Jun 11, 2021 10:12am
Thanks Graham for your appreciation. Well, it is not that easy, as there is not just 1 indicator that will tell that information.  I think the one that has a great potential of highlighting those kind of situation, would be the average daily volume with the daily volume. If you got let say, 3-5 times the daily volume (compare to the average daily volume), and that it gets confirmed (like ...more

Hey Quan,   Great stuff.  Thanks for your detailed thoughts. You have a strong grasp of this approach, and articulate it well. I have used value based methods principally to date, but I can see that technicals really do help with trading,or finding entry/exits.   To me in the long run fundamentals rule as a business must perform or they can’t survive. (The printing ...more

Well definitely the fundamentals are the real thing to consider. I mean technicals reflect the fundamentals and trend. And help you see the compression and accumulation and other information.. but is always speculation really. It is a tool that can help. For me swing trade is great option because I wont fight the trend and make some money out of the ups and downs. It is no exact science. Sometimes ...more

ooh look at how funny you are with that lame joke Ahaha. Good job little kid for being that immature that needs to reply to people not even talking to him. A post that clearly were not a reply to you. I was answering Graham. You dont like it? Mind your own business. God... this board is soo immature.

I wouldn't bother responding to these posters. They fabricate, and miscontrue as a basic premise. As you state, they insert themselves into discussion posts they are not a part of, and haven't added any constructive posts to date, and only repeat the same mantra without any evidence. (sales are coming.... Yet no one is buying the VMS... sales are negligible and zero on the last ...more

I see we are at the .32 Quant mentioned An important level for the technical guys
Comment by Quanadien on Jun 23, 2021 5:42pm
Yeah but technicals evolves with time as well. 0.32 is still a nice entry point but I would say now the levels have been pushed around 0.30 and 0.27 (MA200). I placed an order this morning at 0.30. It didnt triggered. I am probably going to keep it and also will be ready to put another one at 0.27 or 0.275 for the same amount. I think around those prices I could make another sell around 0.37 and 0 ...more

According to the early volume people seem to like it at 30 cents -- either for selling or buying. Out with the old, in with the new. That's what happens when the pencil breaks.
Comment by Terrysmith on Jun 24, 2021 10:16am
I think you're right tbh
Comment by Garycook88 on Jun 24, 2021 10:16am
So a high of 66 cents And now down to 30 cents Where is the news? Sales? Chinese hospitals installing VMS? Partnerships? Anything.....
Comment by Terrysmith on Jun 24, 2021 10:27am

Isn't silence wonderful. I have at least 5 of these. They say no news is good news -- but not with Venture stocks -- no news is price drops.

Averaged about 3 - 5 news items a month from November through to their big conference in May and not a single one since. Does that suggest some development around the conference which is all NDA type stuff -- or there is just no longer anything these days that is news worthy?

I don't know, but there is nothing abnormal about this lull in news

News was to pump the SP so the WTS would get excercised. Now they have expired.    Next set of wts  expiry coming.   On March 23, 2017, the company issued 10,396,938 warrants at an exercise price of 50 cents.
