Surely it can't even be legal to cancel an annual meeting especially when you see that the vote count shows you are going to be kicked out. I want answers! We all should get answers. They must have to at this point just resign, and give all keys and anything that belongs to the company back by Friday because that was what was going to happen anyway. Please stop any shredding you may be doing, that can also be used against you in a court of law. There are records everywhere that you can't get rid of anyway so if you shred evidence you will be held accountable by the shareholders.
The best step now is to DO THE RIGHT THING AND RESIGN AND HANG THE KEYS OVER TO WHO COULD HAVE BEEN VOTED IN BY A LANDSLIDE, 26 OF APRIL 2013.
